How long does a typical website project take?
A standard landing page or portfolio site takes 1–2 weeks. A multi-page website with CMS or custom features typically takes 3–5 weeks. Shopify stores and full-stack web applications vary from 4–10 weeks depending on complexity. I'll give you a firm timeline in the proposal before any work begins.
Do you work with clients outside Hong Kong?
Yes — most of my clients are international. I've delivered projects for businesses across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and Pakistan. I work fully remote and adapt to your timezone for calls and check-ins.
What does a website project typically cost?
Pricing depends on scope. A simple landing page starts from a few hundred USD, while larger web applications or custom ecommerce platforms are priced on project scope. Every engagement starts with a free discovery call and a written proposal with fixed pricing — no hourly retainers or surprise invoices.
Do you provide support after the project launches?
Yes. I provide post-launch support for bug fixes, minor changes, and questions. For ongoing work — new features, content updates, or maintenance — I offer flexible support arrangements. I don't disappear after handing over the project.
Can you work with my existing website, or do I need to start from scratch?
Both. I can build on top of an existing codebase, redesign a specific part of your site, or migrate you to a modern stack from scratch. I'll assess what you have and recommend the most efficient path forward.
