I'm Hatim — a freelance web developer and data scientist based in Hong Kong, currently completing my BEng in Data Science at the University of Hong Kong.
I started building websites at 14 and have been freelancing ever since. Over 5+ years I've delivered 20+ projects for clients across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East — from Shopify stores for retail brands to full-stack platforms for growing businesses.
Alongside my freelance work, I spent nearly two years as a Full Stack Engineer at Starsnet (HK) Limited, building enterprise web applications for telecom clients across the Asia-Pacific region.
I'm currently in my final year studying Data Science & Engineering at HKU (graduating 2026), where I'm deepening my machine learning and data engineering skills alongside a Minor in Finance.
